You have arrived and have no idea how to enter your flat?
If you filled up the self check in form we subimitted at least 4 times by now, you have received the check in instructions. Please read our emails carefully and you fill find directions to get in.
If you have no idea what are we talking about, double check all our messages requesting to fill up the check in form AND pay the municipality tax if needed.
If it’s later than 11 pm, i’m sorry but you should have paid more attention to our emails and we can’t do nothing for you. You are out of the check in timeframe and nobody can do anything to let you in.
In both cases, don’t ring the neighbours, don’t enter the building (you won’t be able to reach the flat anyway as the door needs a code), don’t disturb.
If it’s not too late, fill up the form NOW.
